Just wanted to check in with all of our fans and get you all in the
loop. Even without being on the road it’s been quite an eventful
couple of weeks. Starting with Nick’s birthday where we got to spend
some time with our family and some great friends! In fact quite a few
of our friends made the journey up here to Toronto to hang with us and
make it such an incredible night, and we truly thank them for that.
We’ve also had a bunch of other things in the pipeline now, as you’ve
seen we have a really cool YouTube challenge going on…. And the
Verizon kickball game is just around the corner (we love our games!)
And a show! Yes it always comes back to the shows! That’s what we’re
all about. Getting to do what we love and what you’ve all made it
possible for us to do year round… Getting in front of our fans and
playing our music. In a couple of weeks we get to go back to the
States and play a show at Mohegan Sun, so we’re pretty stoked about
that.
Though we have to say it’s been great being up here in Toronto. We’ve
read your comments to our blogs and totally agree that we’ve had the
chance to unwind and just chill while we’ve been up here. We’ve taken
in all that Toronto has to offer from the Royal Ontario Museum, to a
U2 concert at the Rogers Center (amazing!!!!!) and the Kings Of Leon
at Hamilton (also incredible) to just walking around the city with a
cup of coffee our friends in a stellar city.
Life has been quite exciting recently. As you are all well aware we are up in the Toronto area now, and we can’t say enough about what a beautiful city this is. In fact we played our largest show this summer right here at Rogers Center!
The city has been packed for the festival this week so it’s kinda cool for us to be star watching as we go about our days. We’ve seen quite a few people that we respect and admire in the entertainment industry and some have had us even star struck!
I know we say it all the time but still, even amongst all the excitement here in Toronto we just can’t wait to get back on tour.
Everyday we get to discuss what city’s and dates we’ll be playing.
What venues we’ll be revisiting and what country’s will be our first.
We talk about how we are stoked to see cultures from around the world, try new foods, and of course… Meet the fans we have yet to meet!
One day I was sitting in my room and the Lord impressed upon my heart to begin a website for
these young men, Paul, Joseph, and Nicholas. I was quite taken when I noticed their ring finger, "A Covenant Ring!" I said to myself. So I did more research on these young men and I found out these are Pastors Children and that blessed my heart, they are members of the body of Christ. Therefore this website is birthed in support of our brothers. Therefore we shall uphold them in Prayer.
A Prayer for the Jonas Brothers
" Dear Lord,

come to You in prayer and we ask that You surround
Paul, Joseph , and Nicholas
with Your divine
protection as they
travel from city to city
across this nation.
We ask that You continue to assign Angels to watch over them. Guide them and keep them under the shadows of Your wings, cover their bus, their plane, their car and their hotel rooms with the blood of Jesus. Let no harm come their way.
Lord thank You for these three young men that You are raising up at such a time as this. Thank You
for their boldness as they perform at every concert
and for making a difference in peoples lives. We pray for their health, we pray every organ, fiber & tissue function to the perfection that you created it to function. Thank You for giving "The Jonas Brothers" favor. We pray in Jesus name.......Amen ".
I’ve written this “Prayer” so each and everyone of us, in unity can pray this prayer every night on behalf of Paul, Joseph, and Nicholas
I believe these young men have an excellent heart and their kind hearts will transfer over to the young people, our generation, and will cause duplication. Soon we will all be wearing our very own “Purity” rings. Woo! Hoo!
